If you are an IVECO customer and own a vehicle whose model is prior to 2014, you can request the official Technical Data Sheet (formerly known as DGM) by attaching a copy of the vehicle registration certificate to the following email address: roger.barker@iveco.com.

For vehicles of later models, the Technical Data Sheet no longer exists, but you can download the European Whole Vehicle Type Approval directly from the bodybuilder portal (available for IVECO-approved upfitters and dealerships) by clicking here.

If you are not already an accredited IVECO partner, you can submit the request directly to an authorized IVECO workshop/dealership by bringing the vehicle documents with you.

The market values of used vehicles can be found in the Eurotax brochures, which are usually sold at newsstands.
The blue Eurotax lists the average purchase values, while the yellow Eurotax lists the average selling values.
The Eurotax value is the basis for evaluating each individual used vehicle: to obtain this evaluation, it is necessary to take into account the mileage, any damages, options, and equipment present on the vehicle, as well as many other factors.
Therefore, if necessary, you can turn to a board of experts who will examine your vehicle and formulate a valuation based on all the elements found.

The use and maintenance manual can be consulted on the IVECO Easy Guide APP, which is available for both iOs and Android. Once the APP has been downloaded to your smartphone, enter your vehicle’s chassis number (VIN) and select your preferred language before downloading a copy. Should your vehicle be of a less recent model, and should the APP not recognize the chassis number, please reach out to one of our dealerships who will be more than happy to support you, by ordering a hard copy of the manual.
