Mech E-PTO for Refuse Collection, Hooklifter, Skiploader, Crane, Tipper

The Mech e-PTO can provide 60kW continuously and peak power of 100kW to drive hydraulic pumps for even the most demanding applications. You can select from 3 locations to suit the body requirements: on the right-hand sidemember in front of the battery pack or behind or behind the cab. All can be with pump connections.

HV e-pto for Refrigerated mission

Applications such as refrigerated bodies, which work with 380V 3 phase AC, can specify the HV e-PTO. Providing up to 20kW continuous power, this is the most energy efficient solution.

Battery relocation rearwards for applications such as Cranes

When an application requires space for stabiliser legs to the rear of the cab, this option moves the batteries rearwards by 270mm to achive a space of 500m between the front mudguards and the batteries. Ideal for the stabiliser legs.

Low Voltage PTO

Applications that use a low voltage PTO (for example a taillift) can specify an option providing up to 300Amps at 24 volts. VEEHH tail lift provision is also available for those markets and bodybuilders where it is required.

Diesel-like Payload

The higher GVW and GCW permitted by the EU for Zero emission vehicles means that payload is equivalent to the corresponding diesel vehicle with no compromise.

Energy saving features

Energy management is key to Electric vehicle operation and features such as 7 position Rengenerative braking control ensure that energy is not wasted. Eco mode ensures that the driver doesn’t use more energy than necessary. Smart route planning drive also assist. Features such as mirror cams improve areodynamics so further assisting energy management.

Easy Charging

Charge your vehicle with a DC charger. You just need to activate the Electric Parking Brake and plug the vehicle to the charging station.
You can opt for slow overnight charging and have your vehicle ready for the following day or alternatively with a high power charging during drivers’ mandatory break boosting the vehicle range in a very short time.

DC charging up to 350 kW

CCS type 2 charging connector conveniently located on LHS behind the cab allows DC charging at up to 350kW. This will enable the vehicle to recharge in a short period and with 5 battery pack achieve 20% to 80% charge during the statutory 45 min driver breaks.

The dashboard is customizable with new materials and colours, with a fully adjustable steering wheel, full TFT instrument cluster and infotainment.
State of the art “car like” feeling with more vertical steering wheel and lower driving position enhance comfort and responsiveness.
Choose between the leather or fabric upholstery of seats and discover the enveloping comfort of the cushions and the improved driving ergonomics. the new electric parking brake is engaging automatically to simplify operations and increasing safety.

Rest relax and sleep well
The symmetrical layout of the night area has been designed so you can enjoy a good night’s rest in great comfort. You can sleep soundly and safely with the the night-time safety lock integrated in the central locking system. The one-piece lower bunk is available with a choice of soft or hard mattress. The Smart or Comfort upper bunk can be used as a luggage compartment or a passenger bed.

Perfect lighting vs common
100% full LED – inside and out, including the marker lights – give you the perfect illumination inside the cab and on the road for safe night-time driving. LEDs also improve durability vs traditional solutions.

Everything in its place

The driving area had been redesigned to improve ergonomics.
The foldable table on the passenger side of the dash panel is ideal for those other work tasks in the cab that require a flat worksurface with a useful USB charging socket alongside.
The lower console integrates a convenient shelf with bottle holder, cup holder and background lighting.
Further storage is available above the windscreen and under the bunk.
The integrated HVAC system offers heating, ventilation and air conditioning with “Eco-Mode” function.

An extraordinary on-board experience with our new Digital Cockpit

The digital cluster provides all the usual vehicle information together with the information required to get optimal energy use from an electric vehicle such as battery state of charge, power flow and predicted range. In addition e PTO status is displayed.

You can personalise the external look you require for your company with glossy black finishes and metallic elements. The new IVECO logo is in matt gun metal finishes. Even the bumper is available in a choice of plastic or hybrid solutions with a choice of colours to match your requirements.
The front face includes headlamps with LED headlamps available as standard, radar for ADAS functions, steps and grab handles to access the windscreen. The side air deflectors are designed to keep the door and mirrors clear even in adverse weather conditions.
The new mirrorless cameras allow for better visibility for the driver and improve aerodynamics aiding fuel economy.

Level 2 ADAS systems and general safety regulation compliance support the driver to be more comfortable and safer.

HIGHWAY ASSIST
Actively supports the driver in keeping to the centre of the lane so reducing driver fatigue thanks to the use of the Front Camera, Active Steering and the Capacitive Hands-off Detection. It can be automatically activated with the Adaptive Cruise Control.

ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL WITH STOP&GO
Supports the driver in keeping to the desired speed along with maintaining a safe distance to the vehicle in front. It controls engine and braking power according to traffic conditions.

When in a queue, it will follow the vehicles in front and even auto-restart from stationary after up to a 3 second stop.

DDAW: Driver Drowsiness Attention Warning

Monitors the driver alertness and provides a warning when they are drowsy.

ALC: Alcohol Interlock Preparation

Is an alcohol interlock standardised interface for the fitment of compatible aftermarket or OEM alcohol interlock devices.

ISA: Intelligent Speed Assist

Aids the driver in observing the road speed limit, providing visual and acoustic feedback.

MOIS: Moving Off Info System

Detects nearby road users in the front blind spot zone, providing visual and acoustic warnings.

BSIS: Blind Spot info System

Detects road users moving at 5-20 km/h speed in the nearside blind spot zone, providing visual and acoustic warnings.

REV: Reversing Detection

Provides a clear view of road users and obstacles behind the vehicle when reversing, thanks to a camera placed in the rear crossmember.

ESS: Emergency Stop Signal

Warns the road users behind the vehicle via hazard lights, when braking heavily.

Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS)

Warns the inattentive driver of the departure of the vehicle from the lane when turn indicators are not activated

Electronic Vehicle Stability Control (EVSC) and Advanced Emergency Braking System (AEBS)

Recognizes a potential front collision, warning the driver and slowing down the vehicle as much as possible. Guaranteed full braking from 80 to 0 km/h.

The EVSC system monitors lateral loads and reduces power and applies brakes to control potential spins or rollover.

TPMS: Tyre Pressure Monitoring

Constantly monitors the status of PRESSURE and TEMPERATURE of the tyres and provides warning to the driver whenever a problem occurs.

The Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) ensures that the tyre pressure is always the ideal one.
